Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Breathe. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our website or services.

Breathe offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy ("HBOT") treatments designed to improve health and well-being. The information provided on our website or during consultations is for educational purposes only and should not be taken as medical advice.

Eligibility and Medical Considerations: Clients must complete a medical form to determine their eligibility for HBOT. All treatments are subject to our approval. Breathe reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate. Prior to commencing HBOT, all clients are required to sign an informed consent form, acknowledging that they have been informed of the potential risks and benefits associated with the treatment.

Appointments and Usage Limits: Appointments can be scheduled online or in person. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you don't give adequate notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee or a lost session. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients, but you will be charged for the full session.

Clients may use HBOT a maximum of four times per week. This limit is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, as HBOT's benefits are cumulative and should not be overused.

Availability: We have four chambers; one is a sit-up chamber, which also acts as a disability chamber, and the other three are lay-down chambers. This is clearly displayed on the website which type of chamber you book. If you are a walk-in session, we cannot guarantee which chamber you will be in.

Health and Safety Protocols: Clients must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by Breathe, including hygiene practices and any special instructions for using the HBOT chamber. Please wear comfortable, light clothing during your session. Breathe reserves the right to refuse service if these protocols are not followed.

Emergency Protocols: In the event of a medical emergency during treatment, Breathe staff will follow established emergency procedures, including contacting emergency medical services if necessary.

Costs and Payments: The cost of HBOT sessions will be communicated during the booking process. Prices are subject to change. We accept credit/debit cards and online payments. Refunds are only issued if Breathe cancels your session or we deem you unfit for HBOT.

Membership and Subscription Terms: If you choose a membership or subscription package, please note the specific terms related to renewals, early cancellation fees, and the number of sessions included per month. Memberships are designed to provide regular access to HBOT at a reduced cost, but are subject to the same usage limits as standard appointments. With a full or half membership, you will be allocated a certain number of minutes to use on future appointments within the month. The minutes you receive will be displayed at the point of purchase. Any unused appointments will not be banked or rolled over to the next month. Each time the subscription fee is taken from you, your minutes will reset to what you have paid for. Breathe is not responsible for ensuring you are fulfilling your maximum number of appointments. Memberships are on a monthly rolling basis, and you can stop your subscription at any time. Any unused minutes will not be refunded. A full-time membership can be used by your family or between a couple; a half-time membership is solely for one individual.

Liability and Insurance: Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical information and following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by Breathe. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness of the treatment and could result in complications. Breathe and its staff are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or other medical conditions that may arise from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Clients use our services at their own risk.

Please be aware that Breathe’s services are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, and clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate health insurance coverage.

Age and Capacity Requirements: HBOT services are available to clients aged 18 and over. Minors may receive treatment only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by them during sessions.

Use of Facilities: Clients are expected to maintain cleanliness and respect the facilities and other clients. Using flammable materials, sharp objects, or any other prohibited items in the chamber is strictly forbidden.

Intellectual Property: All content on the Breathe website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Breathe and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of this content is prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection: By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining confidentiality, especially concerning sensitive medical information.

Modifications to Terms: Breathe reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will be available on our website.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
